The sales added up fast & we were able to pay cash for all the renovations (did almost all the work ourselves). 10% off Lowe’s coupons we bought online really helped too with buying supplies. Also did “18 months no interest financing” for custom plantation shutters at Lowe’s. Love Craigslist, hated the “no shows” (people coming to buy that never showed up), lol
